NATIONAL SQUAD PUT THROUGH THEIR PACES

With the new season now upon us training for some has been in full swing for a couple of weeks, the Welsh Senior National squad were back training at the Sport Wales National Centre on the weekend of the 15th and 16th September.
The squad included Peter Creed, Nic Birt, David Haley, Scott Fitzgerald, Joel Makin, Jordan Davies, Wil John, Tesni Evans, Deon Saffery, Hannah Davies, Beth Winstanley, Gemma Davies and Abby Hicks.
